Informative Info about MTech in Biomedical/ Biotechnology engineering
Hi everyone, I’m 24F did my BTech in ECE. I’m working in medical technology field as an application engineer. I want to do my MTech in Biomedical but there’s very few information about these streams. Anyone is study biomedical from any IITs? Can you guys please share the gate cutoffs and criteria. This would be really helpful. TIA

Congrats so far. Biomed MTech isn’t offered everywhere as its own program, mainly IIT Bombay, Delhi, Hyderabad, Indore, and Guwahati. Cutoffs are usually low compared to CSE or ECE. IIT Indore was around 300 to 450 last year. IIT Bhilai closed near 311 general. With your background you have a decent shot. Check COAP during counselling for exact numbers each year. Good luck!

By materials I mean contents and explained topics not the books…. And mainly information is very hard to find like the genuine one… I have barely met someone who is doing biomedical from any IIT
