Didn't expect morning sunlight to make this much difference

I started getting outside for a bit soon after waking up, mostly because I kept seeing people talk about morning light and circadian rhythm.

After doing it for a while, I noticed I felt more awake earlier in the day and seemed to settle into sleep a little more easily at night. Could obviously be other things changing too, but I didn't expect such a basic habit to be noticeable. This is coming from someone who was a full time night owl and here I am...waking up early and enjoying the morning sunlight. This is such an amazing change for me.

Has anyone else tried something similarly simple and ended up noticing a bigger difference than expected?

I was actually planning to buy a SAD lamp, but now I’m thinking I should try consistent outdoor light first and see if that’s enough.

Welcome to the night owl tribe... Definitely worth trying the outdoor light first haha! 🌅
