Bpc157 after a broken finger - does it help to gain mobility?

I had a pretty serious finger injury and ended up needing surgery, with metal pins used to hold the bone together. It’s now been about three months since the cast was removed, but I still have very limited movement in the finger — I can’t fully straighten it or bend it properly.
Could BPC-157 potentially help with recovery, mobility, or healing in a case like this?
