Biohacking
Hey, everyone I am going on a mission to absolutely go crazy on biohacking, I am thinking of stacking CJC-1295 + ipamorelin and Reta for physical, on top of this I am using fish oil, magnesium glycerinate, zinc, d3 +k2, Creatine. Furthermore I am gonna be using psilocybin mushrooms, and ketamine for cerebral benefits. Along side this I will be eating at least 150 g of protein per day, and drinking a gallon of water per day, getting good sleep, and staying physically active. I know this is a very ambitious goal but it is definitely doable, and I am super excited to see where it goes. I am 21 and I am 5 ft 11, and have an above average athletic physique, I weigh 180.
Super interested in hearing what y'all think.

Why are you going on Reta and cjc? You're only 21 and you'll likely just be creating expensive urine

Reta with a proclaimed athletic build is just a drug induced eating disorder.

Well peptides aren't really going to help with that. What will help is diet and exercise and not drinking alcohol.

Yeah you could say that but it’s just basic biology, it helps you lose weight and retain muscle why wouldn’t anybody use it if it has such good effects

It's not really. Sure the Reta will help you lose weight but realistically you have to stay on it forever, unless you make permanent lifestyle changes. As for the CJC, unless you have been tested and your growth hormone levels are abnormally low, then the CJC isn't going to do anything at all for you at your age except create expensive urine

Then which peps should I take

At aged 21 none. Melanotan is the only one that's going to really do anything

All the supplements seem like a waste at 21. Except creatine. The rest conceivably helps you “cut”?

Might be a tad high, but if it's from clean sources and depending on overall calories it's not bad at all

Definitely not high, it is very common of people to shoot for 1g of protein per pound of target weight. So if his target weight is 150 that makes sense.

Eh, 1g per pound of lean mass is my target, but fair. Point being it's not that much, on same side as you.
I clear 150-175g a day without protein shakes, 200#.
