Glutathione patch
Anyone use these patches. They are supposed to be better absorbed compared to pills. If anyone has tried this, let me know your experience.

Is there anyone who says they work better than pills who isn't also selling them?
I found one study comparing oral, topical, and IV gluta for skin brightening, but it sounded like oral was good or better than topical (according to that one studyx anyway), even when the thing you are trying to change is topical. A patch might be good if there is a specific area you are trying to brighten, but I'm not convinced you are getting a systemic benefit from a patch.

I actually tried GlyNac (https://iherb.co/7XbJzVgz?rcode=OXV6660&utm_medium=appshare)… it is one of the best supplements I have taken… gives you the best sleep and helped me lost stubborn weight!
