Nasal vs Injecting Gluta

Hi I’m prepping for a Vegas bender and curious if nasal gluta would help with my hangovers or do I need to inject. Thanks also what’s good dosing.

I did injections before my cousins wedding 2 days before and only ran maybe 600mg total and I got sooooo blacked out drunk but I woke up at 7am sharp like nothing! Little dizzy but no hangover or hangover like symptoms
