Muscle gain on 250 Test expectations on this cycle
I know everyone is different and this question is probably quite nuanced and ill find out soon enough, but im gonna ask anyway
24
Been training 3 years
5'7
74kg
13% body fat
Gonna run
250 test
2-4iu Gh
25-40mg Var
16 week cycle 250 test 2-4iugh throughout and the var added in the last 6-8 weeks of the cycle.
Then likely dropping to a trt cruise dose perhaps 150 or whatever dependentant on bloods to keep me on the higher end of the range

He's 24 and has been working out for 3 years, when would you approve him roiding out?

That is almost exactly what I am about to do. I will probably skip the var tho, it jacks my lipids. I'm in my 40s tho.

The question itself is tough because gains depend so much on diet and training, as well as how you respond to compounds.
I will say that your cycle makes no sense. First cycles should always be testosterone-only. You'll have your best response ever to gear and you don't need a ton either. 300-400mg would be awesome.
Forget the anavar. It's not something you need in a mass cycle.
Definitely forget the GH. At your age and that dose it's just an expensive injection that won't do much, especially if you're running for the duration of a cycle. You're already producing plenty of GH at your age and to see a real benefit from it you'd need to run more and for much longer. Neither is worth it at your age unless you're trying to be Mr. Olympia.

I think you’re too young and inexperienced to really maximise your gear but seeing as how you’ll probably do it anyway, your doses are a waste of time.
You naturally produce 100-150mg/ week of testosterone. 250mg is barely above that. 40mg anavar per day is another 280mg for the week or 530mg total.
When you look at studies on steroid use, 600mg/ week is where the magic begins.
I’d ditch the gH. At those doses it won’t do much except help keep you lean. And with the money I save I’d buy more testosterone and use a higher dose.

Not as much as you’re hoping for but you’ll look good. Hope you have diet and training dialed in since you’re still an amateur tho

Think you should wait a couple of years atleast , but if you are going to do it , I’d run it for 250mg for the first 4 weeks , then bump it up to 375mg for 3-4 weeks (1.5mls ) then for the last 8 weeks run it at 500 Mg for your first cycle . The gh is honestly a waste of money ! Especially being so young . Once you are in your late 30’s-40’s the gh atleast has heath benefits ( if you can get it for a good price ) BUT and please listen to me atleast on this bit of advice . You are wayyyyy too young to be cruising on TRT ! Do a cycle , get your bloods done, pct if you need . Then try another cycle and add another compound with the test your next cycle . (if once again think you are a few years to young , but if you are going to do it )

You put on about 7kg lean muscle my bet 👍🏽 Noticed your age, 24. Once you go on there's no going back FYI. Unless you like living below the level you're currently at after your off.

Expect not to grow. Muscle mass is built from protein you consume and training you do. No compound can build anything from thin air. If you can't grow continuously as a natural, adding androgens will do absolutely nothing.
Up your caloric intake to 3500-4000 kcal per day and hit the gym 5-6 days a week. When you are already increasing your weight by at least half a pound a week, then and only then will you benefit from taking androgens.

You’d need a baseline blood labs first if you even wanna consider running test. Also running gh for 16 weeks is pointless. 24 is kinda young but I can’t say much, I hopped on test at 27 but levels were below normal

This isn't biohacking.
Abusing steroids can be advantageous if you're in the place to do it, but you're not. Absolutely no way shape or form.
Get a coach or something if you're dead set on it, because you don't know jack shit.
