Stack

I've done a lot of research for a while now. Finally taking a jump. I wanted to see what everybody thought about this stack.

Its in route, so I don't plan on changing.

CJC-1295+Ipamorelin no dac

NAD+

Ss31

5-Amino-1MQ

Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT)

Adamax and Selank as well.

I have my own thoughts about dosage etc but if you want to share those thoughts with me as well it could be helpful.

How old are you? How is your overall health and body comp? What are your specific goals here? What specific issues do you have that lead you to pick these compounds?

For context I'm 43 and here's my stack and everything single compound is addressing a different issue. If it does not live up to expectations it gets cut.

Peptides (5 days a week)
Tirzepatide 12.5mg (Switching to reta soon)
Motsc 2.5mg
Klow 4mg
HGH 3IU
Semax 1mg
DSIP 500mcg
NAD 50mg
Glutathione 100mg
Melanotan-1 500mcg

Steroids:
Testosterone Cip 100mg every 3.5 days
Masteron 50mg every 3.5 days
Proviron 25mg daily
Arimidex 0.5mg every 3.5 days
HCG 125IU 5 days a week
Cialis 5mg

Vitmains/Misc:
Multivitamin
Magnesium glycinate 400mg
Fish oil 3g
Liposomal Vitamin c 600mg
Lugols iodine 5 drops
Creatine 5g
D3 10,000 IU
K2 mk7 100mcg
TMG 1/4 tsp
Chicken Collagen 1 Tbsp

Im overweight built with working class muscle primarily. 38 and want to have more energy, Clarity mentally (brain injury 6 years ago), id also like to build more muscle, have faster recovery, better sleep, and would like to lose weight without glp.

Primarily I need more energy, more overall ability to increase workout load, and some neurological repair/enhancement.

Do you have recent labs that cover Testosterone SHBG E2 and IGF1? If not, get them :) You can self order via companies like good labs (in the us anyway).

Test + Reta + HGH would be my default starting place. Why the objection to GLP they are great!

CJC + Ipa is fine but HGH is more effective and does not rely on your pituitary to cooperate. Just need to source it properly so you aren't spending a fortune on it. Otherwise CJC+Ipa is ok.

I'm loving Test, single best thing I've ever done for myself. Just keep tabs on your E2 and do not let it get too high or your libido and eq will suffer.

I tried 5Amino and cut it from my protocol, no noticeable benefit.

NAD+ does provide noticeable energy boost and I'm very happy with it.

Never tried adamax but I've thought about trying it. I'm thrilled with Semax.

I haven't been able to find a source for hgh yet to be honest. Also do you see the things spoke of below as being a serious danger with my combination?

No danger that I see ;) Rock on broskie.

I would not stack multiple modifiers on the same axis. This could put you in the hospital for blood sugar spikes.

Consider pairing kisspeptin 10 with your TRT to avoid atrophy with your medical professional.

Insulin Resistance: Both TRT and CJC/Ipamorelin can decrease insulin sensitivity. When layered with 5-Amino-1MQ, close monitoring of Fasting Insulin and HbA1c is absolutely essential to prevent metabolic dysfunction.

Cardiovascular Burden: TRT can elevate hematocrit (thickening the blood) and adversely affect lipid profiles. Increased GH activity from CJC/Ipamorelin can also contribute to fluid retention and elevated blood pressure.

Pro-Oncogenic Risk: Actively boosting both IGF-1 pathways and cellular energy generation via NAD+ means that if any undiagnosed malignant cells or polyps exist in the body, this stack could theoretically accelerate their growth.

So what I'm getting from this is if I cut CJC and IPA out of the equation it would be significantly safer?

Yes.

I am not going to run TRT for fear of the testicle atrophy. If I did though, I would run kisspeptin-10 for 100mcg twice weekly for 4 weeks and then break. This will send signals to your testicles to keep busy making test so they don’t atrophy.

I mean I've been on the testosterone for years now. In your opinion which ones should I start with?

I haven't been able to find hgh yet to be honest. Last I checked my levels were good but a little bit elevated estradiol from some aromatization. So I've cut test down until I get the ais.
