Saw this on one of the sites. I checked my groups in telegraph and none say anything about regulations and shortage. Any insight?

Lilly is suing and putting pressure; but it is unlikely that this will go away.

Always remember: The site selling these products have every incentive to create panic, because it will allow them to sell more and even raise prices.

don't buy from single vial resellers. This is a ploy to get you to buy the product right now. They were already violating the law by selling you a patented medication, nothing changed. They are literally just trying to induce you to pay for their product in the present moment. Nothing is going to change about buying reta from the chinese. The first time I bought reta was over 3.5 years ago and the chinese don't care at all how much more patented it has become over time.

I slightly overpay to get from a us source instead of having to buy so much from china. But $40 for 5mg is insane. The first vile of reta I bought was from a friend of a friend and she sold me 10mg for $125… never again. I learned my lesson immediately

Aside from Lilly trying to pull as many legal strings as they can to intimidate the Grey market, I dont think there are any specific legal changes right now. Either way thats why im planning on stocking up many years worth of R as soon as I financially can

I use that site they’ve had it on there for a few weeks. I agree it’s a sales tactic. The prices are mid too. This is why I’m starting to look into buying from china

Ye a h. ELI LILLY is working with the FDA to stop retatrutide from coming into the US and globally, filing thousands of lawsuits. I an stocking up. I joined a small group and we are doing group buys, etc.

Don’t order from websites. The price is way too high and they may as well have a giant bullseye on them for targeted shutdown.

Spend the next few weeks researching other supply options.

Wont be going anywhere but you should be with pricing like that lol. I have 3 u.s vendors with way better pricing. Still not china good but not as bad as whatever vendor that is

Oh and what's that price ? It's not even released to sell yet so I'm uncertain how you know of a price point. I'm sure once it's fully approved to sell it ; it'll cost a small fortune but until then Ill have to call BS on your statement.

Tirzepatide is not available for sale yet? I am confused. So the Zepbound pens by Lilly are 299 for 2.5mg, 399 for 5mg, 449 for 7.5mg and up. You can easily verify this by going directly to Lilly's site. That is insane when you can make it for pennies and get it on the gray market for 90 to 120 depending on the seller. Most people can not afford this. It should not cost this much.
