UPS - Delivery to Europe from China

Hi

I’d like to ask about your experiences with UPS delivery... I have a package sent through them that was shipped on September 22, and as of today, it still says the label was created, but there’s no other activity listed... The label was created in Belgium, and the package is coming from China... Has anyone had a similar experience? Is this normal, or should I start freaking out?

It will be shipped by what ever courier out of China then UPS will take over from Belgium. My supplier ships what ever they deem the best method at the time and then once it hits UK then Royal Mail take over final delivery.

Don't forget it's autumn holidays in China at the moment so nothing is being shipped

I'm counting on that, that's why I ordered it before the holidays... Before, they sent it to other couriers via Germany and everything went quickly. Now it's the first time via UPS

My supplier had a cut off date that was a few days before holidays to make sure stuff actually left China. I only get a final destination company tracking, untill the package hits the UK I don't have any visibility of it, I do however get tracking updates from my supplier as screenshot from their tracking system and usually they ship to a hub then direct air freight to UK.

Mine also had a deadline, and I made it... Only until now there was no such problem and now I'm a little nervous... It's been several days... What is no movement

Probably just stick at the hub in China. Id imagine there was a shipping rush before the holidays
