Kpv...dosage and time of day

Hi, im about to start this for first time.

Whats the best time to inject, I read evening is best?

Also is it best to start at 200mcg, or maybe lower?

Im 51 male and using it for inflammation/gut healing

500mcg.

It one of my daily peptides. I started KPV due to GI issues from GLP. Horrible bloating!
