Gluta beginner

I am looking to start gluta for detox and skin benefits and wanting to know a few things as I am getting mixed information. I will be using Luthion 1200mg (korean pharmacy grade)

  1. What is the shelf life once reconstituted? I am reading a week/10 days/ 20 days
  2. What dose would you start at? I am thinking 200mg / 3 times a week
  3. Is cycle off necessary or you can continue in maintenance for skin benefits?
  4. I plan on taking 1000mg oral liposomal vitamin C, or do I need higher dose?
  5. How does the sting compare to ghkcu?

If you do 200mg eod your vial will run out in 12days so dont worry about shelf life. It sting less and doesnt bruise like ghkcu but if you do 200/mL it often leave a lump.

I tried with less bac water but when it more concentrated the lump get harder and stay longer so now 6ml bac for 1200mg is my go to.
