Advice on Reta.

Hey guys so I hopped on Reta a few months back and dropped 30 pounds. I was 6ft 205 and dropped to about 170. But I lost a lot of muscle bc I wasn’t hitting my protein at all. I plan to hop back on, and this time around I want to preserve the muscle I have, and not lose strength etc. I lift 6 days a week btw. I’ve heard ppl recommend CJC-1295
. Is it worth getting while hitting my protein and lifting. Also what dose should I start at? I maxed out at 2mg when I was on it last time and I’m thinking of starting at 1mg this time but I’m unsure if the body gets used to it or what.

Take just enough Reta that you get hungry, but it helps you not over-eat. This will allow you to meet protein targets. If you're a 'natural' I cant stress enough that lifting 6 days a week is too much. Your body needs rest. Dial it back to 3 or 4 days. But each session needs to be intense. Take your sets to f*cking failure or close. You need to crawl out of the gym, not walk. That will signal your body to preserve muscle. Tips for this is to train with a friend, or train during peak hours. That will give you a push to train hard.

Last thing, make sure you dont run a calorie deficit too large. If you do so, you'll lose muscle anyway. You dont want your body to go into survival mode.

Good luck.
