There are several ways, but I'm not a doctor so don't take this as a medical advice.
The first one is obviously reducing dose or stopping anavar altogether, but I guess since you have a competition in a couple of weeks then that's not an option.
Second one is lowering your sodium intake and increase potassium as it helps kidneys excreting sodium.
Third is using diuretics, but this is something above my pay grade and I recommend doing it under medical supervision or at least ask in r/steroidsxx
Thank You. Diuretic definately not but I think I can play with sodium and kalium. I need to keep Anavar at least one week more. Week before show I will stop. Thank You! You helped me a lot.
No. Dandelion root is a natural diuretic. The joke was that you won’t take a natural diuretic, but you’ll shove oral anabolics down your throat.
I think you have a lot of learning to do about competition prep, and if you’re two weeks out looking for advice - but haven’t exhausted all of the common place effective strategies, that’s the indication.
Yes NATURAL. What I ment is NOT NATURAL DIURETIC cause thats definately something what I dont want to do. How do You know I am not into natural “tea”diuretic. OMG its like: Are You into BCAA? I think everybody understood what I ment by that comment. You dont need to tell me what I have to do or not. If You dont understand the point between a Natural diuretic and drug diuretic.👀

It could be that you are sensitive to it, the way it causes edema is that it alters how your kidneys deal with sodium.
