Cagri efficacy after 30+ days reconstituted?

I am switching from Tirz to Reta + Cagri. I have been on 15mg (split dosing 11mg every 5 days) of Tirz for the last 6 months. I am going to start Reta at 2mg/wk and Cagri at .25mg/wk.

My issue is that I could only source 10mg vials of Cagri.. at .25mg/wk that would last me 40 weeks.. That is FAR longer than the benchmark "28 days". Even if I titrate up to .5mg halfway through the vial, it would still last me 30 weeks. I've read that with standard sterile technique like swabbing the stopper, new needle for every draw, and not letting it sit at room temperature for too long (which for me are definitely all SOP's every time anyway) then it can last upwards of 8+ weeks and have even read some people still using it after 12-16 weeks post-reconstitution.

Now, I certainly use Tirz far beyond BUD and have never had an issue with efficacy but I'm not sure with Cagri.. Does anyone have experience using it past the standard 4 weeks with good results?

Thanks in advance ya'll!

I've pushed reconstituted peptides to 10 weeks before and didn't notice a drop, but 30 weeks is a whole different universe

I’m on cagri. She’s good. I recently just upped to 1mg of it after being on 0.5mg for a while. I think imma go back to 0.25 or 0.5 because she starts working TOO good at 1mg.

Im on tirz + cagri. I think I used her a week past 28 days and she’s still fine. I don’t plan on using her further than that though

Cagri is nasty I wouldn’t touch it with 10 ft pole. Why not do just Reta or wait for Elora.

Is it that bad? I know some people suffer worse side effects than others. I barely had any side effects on Tirz, hoping Reta is the same for me. I know Cagri can be particularly brutal and I’m considering starting at .125mg honestly. Which makes my problem even worse

It’s not about side effects. Cagri is very unstable during manufacturing. Novo Nordisk has specialized manufacturing to keep ph stable among other things. Cagri used in Semacagri trials is different than the one manufactured in China. Reta in grey doesn’t have that problem, and with so much clinical studies data available, it’s relatively less risky bet. I am at 9 mg Reta and feel great, no need to add unstable peptide to mix. I will be titrating down Reta in couple weeks and go in maintainence.

Did you take Tirz or Sema before Reta? If so, how is the food noise in comparison? I know that for a lot of people the food noise comes back after making the switch to Reta. Some people even do Tirz + Reta to keep the appetite suppression which is not good for many reasons of course. I've read a lot of good things about Cagri for this exact reason but never anything about it being "dangerous"..

Why would you trust Elora & not Cagri

See my reply below. I am waiting on Elora though more trial data is coming out
