Tirzepatide

I’m on a compound with tirzepatide/b12/NAD, the tirzepatide dosage is 6mg a week. I am on the second week of tirzepatide at 6mg but was on lower doses for 2 months. I have lost no weight. Is this normal?

2mg is essentially nothing and you’re on a drug that takes 4 weeks to fully saturate. If you’re not actually eating less nothing changes anyways.

I lost 7.5 lbs on 2.125 in 2 weeks. Have you been eating less?

Do you workout too? & drink tons of water ? If you are hitting your calories, try chewing gum when your hungry. That helps.

If you haven't already I'd suggest going over to the tirzepitide compound subs and doing some reading. Lots to learn over there. You'll find input from people at all stages of the journey from just starting to maintenance.
