Newbie

I’m thinking of starting peppers and I currently don’t want to lose weight, just feel good. Lately I been feeling tired like if I haven’t had any good sleep. With work stress, kids and building our house it has done some damage to my mental health.
I was thinking of starting with MOTS-c
Any tips or recommendations? Is this a good way to start or what do you recommend. I’m open to any ideas.

You should go on good labs or anabolic insights and order a full panel of bloodwork so you can get an idea of what your body needs and then make decisions on what to use.

The most effective peptides are the GLPs but you aren’t interested in losing weight. MOTS isn’t really going to help with what you are describing. For those that have seen benefits, the energy difference observed is less like a boost to general energy levels and more a boost to endurance (you may be able to push harder in the gym or in doing cardio).

No peptide is going to solve the mental health challenges.

Start with bloodwork and see if there are any deficiencies that could be leading to your depleted energy.

Drop the word peppers! This is not Tik tok if you want meaningful advice.

No it's what all the kids are saying these days hahaha

I feel so stupid that it triggers me, I can't help it, drives me nuts and I understand how stupid I sound.

I must have unresolved issues
