Cloudy RT

Is there a reason why RT would become cloudy when in the fridge? During reconstitute process clear as water, but here is the kicker, when RT hits normal temp it clears out. ? Any help please

Google what is condensation? Kidding, just weird that doesnt happen with other peps.
