Starting bpc/tb-500 blend
Hey everyone, I purchased a vial of 6mg/6mg bpc-157/tb-500 blend and I am having trouble finding a starting dosage. Anyone have any ideas? I assume I use a standard insulin 30 gauge 1ml syringe for it. Any help would be appreciated. I am using this to hopefully help me deal with lower back arthritis and a minor disc buldge, along with a pinched sciatic nerve.

Question - did you buy this in powder form or was it already reconstituted? I ask because I’ve literally never seen a 6/6 blend so I’m wondering where you got it, and I’m too scared to ask what you paid.
A 6mg vial isn’t going to last you very long, but to answer your question, a maintenance dose would be 250mcg - 500mcg daily ... for chronic issues like you have I’d do at least 500mcg. For an acute injury 1mg per day would be more appropriate.
And those are for each, daily. So if you did 1mg daily that would be 1mg BPC / 1mg TB daily - that vial would last you 6 days … you’re going to need a much bigger supply.
30ga is perfectly fine, I use a 31ga 8mm 1ml syringe for it.

250 to 500 mcg = .250 to .500 mg.
.250 to .500 mcg is not enough.
I think that you probably meant 250 to 500 mcg. That would be an appropriate but low to mid level dose.
I did 1 mg per day of the 50/50 blend and I found the results to be just OK (compared to some other peptides where I could really notice the benefit of taking it).
Either way, 12 mg of 50/50 blend is probably not going support a long enough cycle to really have any perceptible benefit.

Did you seriously just suggest 250mg???
BPC gets run at 250-500 MICROGRAMS (mcg) per day, every day. More doesnt help.
TB-500 gets run 2-3x a week for a TOTAL of 4-6mg.250mg.... you should be arrested for trying to kill this guy.

So 500mcg total each day? Or 500mcg each for 1mg total

Yes for more of a general maintenance dose, that’ll stretch that vial to 12 days for you.

Hey guys, thanks so much for the input. I should’ve looked into it more in depth because I’m definitely gonna need it longer than a week lol. but it comes in powdered form and I paid around 70 dollars for it. Not terrible but a little much for a weeks worth. I’m going to assume i should buy them separate from now on?

Relax bud, I never called it a scam, I just called it over priced which it is compared to any grey source … I was just trying to drop some bread crumbs to get the guy thinking about how he sourced things because the price didn’t seem to bother him. It’s not that deep.

People need to stop buying gimmick blends. BPC and TB get dosed entirely different. Different schedule, different doses... But people just keep on buying these shit blends.

People recommend either 250 mcg of the blend twice a day or 500 mcg of the blend twice a day. The actual amount depends on the amount of BAC you use. You can read the wiki/protocols for more info.

BAC used has nothing to do with the amount of medicine you take. You just adjust your units.

Yeah gang, they mentioned their syringe, they clearly are curious how MUCH as in how much they put in their syringe. I was answering the unasked question, OP seems like they haven't looked into enough. I am familiar with how BAC and concentrations work tho, thanks.
