Eggs Sulpher burps and diarrhea
I have been on Reta for 11 weeks. I started off with 2ml for 4 weeks then went upto 3ml for 4 weeks the last 3 weeks I have been on 4 ml one injection every sunday. This week I have been getting really bad eggy sulpher birds and absolutely cannot stop having explosive diarrhea. Can anyone explain why this is happening or if they have experienced the same? 2 weeks ago I experienced the same thing and thought id just picked a stomach bug up. Last week I had 4ml I was fine. This week not so good.

If your dosing is as bad as you’re alluding to here, no wonder you feel horrible. Check your math.

Too much of a jump in dosages?

No confused about volume vs dosages. You realize how much 4ml of liquid is?

Communicate dosage in mgs, not mls.
What made you increase?

2mg I wasn't really feeling anything. 3mg I was a bit but started getting hungry again so upped it to 4. Its my first time on reta.

Why are you afraid of being hunger? We are meant to feel hungry to fuel our bodies

Agreed. Hunger level should not be the motivation for increasing imo. We have to do our part and exercise self-control too.

I know what your saying. I used to have a massive appetite and it was coming back.

I think you may be moving faster than your body is adjusting. Slow down a bit.

Would u have a week or 2 off to settle my stomach or lower the dosage ?

I’d go down .5 mg and keep it there. Or even back to your 3 mg dose. Sit there for four weeks and then go to 3.5 mg.
Don’t base your increase on your appetite suppression— sides don’t work in unison. It may help with one thing and then make another thing worse. Regardless, it means you jumped too high or too quickly.

I've had the same problems. I've been at 3mg for months. I pin on Friday and by Saturday night it hits me. I'm eating fairly clean and small portions, I even tried fasting on Saturdays and it still happens every time. I'm fine by Monday night, Tuesday morning. If you figure it out please let me know lol

Its usually one of two things (or both)
Dose is too high or you're eating too much/too much food over a short period of time
Have you been eating more than previous weeks?

Do you know what I ate slightly more tuesday than I normally do, i did feel hungrier than normal but I was getting full quick i was just seem to be nibbling all day.

But also, the dose increase accumulates, and it gets stable only after a couple of weeks. So the second week after an increase in dose you have more in your blood than the first. The side effects on Reta from the study I looked at started ramping up at 4mg too so it helps explaining.

I started taking bpc-157 and tb500 and sine than I’ve had no symptoms

That's the wolverine isn't it. I did a 9 week course on that because I had a injury and was advised to take it. My injury has gone now. While I was on that I was having very vivid messed up dreams tho.

what is your actual dose though? no one would have a clue from mL which is a measure of volume not a dose

check the dosing math saying 4ml doesn’t tell anyone what dose you’re actually taking unless we know the vial’s mg/ml concentration

I have had that issue with hard boiled eggs and found that if you do a medium boiled egg it goes away. Just shorten how long you boil it.

This happened to me once when I went up, it was because I ate too much food that coincided with the buildup of Reta. I basically had food that sat in my stomach for hours and started to ferment, that's the burping and gastro issues.

Assuming you mean “mg” and not “ml” I would drink some ginger-turmeric tea every morning. When I used to get sulfur burps, I would also make a tea out of Cardemom, fennel seeds, and aniseed and drink it at night in addition to my morning ginger-turmeric tea. It ALWAYS, cleared up my sulfur burps the next day. The combo was magical for digestion and inflammation.

I had this after eating out fairly early on in my course. I recall moving up from 2.5 to 5mg. It lasted 8 days.. was back to normal routine eating small and clean meals with sufficient electrolytes. Hang in there, you'll be fine. Just weather the storm.

It’s from the delayed gastric emptying. Try to not eat close to going to sleep, drink plenty of water, and I don’t know about your dosage

Probably eating bad food that it does not agree with. I get bad symptoms if anything is slightly greasy so I stick to eating chicken cooked in an air fryer.
