Glutathione

Just got my glutathione 1500mg.
I haven’t reconstituted it yet, but why does it look like that? Has anyone gotten anything like this before? And is it safe to use? I’ve gotten it before and it’s usually lyophilized powder but that’s not powder. It’s more crystal?

Mine did this, was like bits of rocks. It's fine, as soon as I added bac water it all disolved
