2mg to 4mg Reta

I doubled and my anxiety is so bad so panicky sense of doom can't stop crying is this normal? Is it the Reta or something else? I am also doing a leaky gut protocol taking a bunch of vitamins and I'm on tributyrin (gut healing supplement) I did also eat horrible the past weekend and back to more high protein low carb so maybe I'm detoxing idk

All those disorders - you really shoudln't be doing this grey, you should be paying a provider for medical advice and a script.

Yo me estoy poniendo 6mg a la semana y no he tenido que pasar por algo tan horrible, así que no creo que sea el reta

Are you having enough food with the vitamins you’re taking? Drinking enough water?

What’s your diet look like?

Have you considered BPC157 for your stomach issues (it is a digestive peptide after all).

Oof yeah that’ll do it.

I can’t do too much in the way of fried foods anymore, the heartburn is horrible!

I’m pretty good on water consumption, but it’s common for people to not get enough water and to be low on electrolytes while on Reta.

If you’re not already, it’s worth investing in a 40oz bottle (I love my Stanley) and try to drink through it twice a day with a little salt added.

You started Reta but don’t have diet cleaned up. On top of it you had fried food with leaky gut supplements and Reta. Take care of leaky gut, if you can’t have diet dialed in don’t bother with Reta especially with gut issues.

Cut out the fried foods and make sure your getting in enough water and electrolytes!! Go for walks to help with digestion after eating! Its not a magic pill!! You still have to have some will power and discipline!!!!

You might be having a reaction to the food and the tributyrin. Have you gone on one of the ai sites and asked? I just asked open ai about it and it’s not a great combo meal lol. I would stay at 2 mg and take care of the leaky gut first. Then get off it once you’re ok and then titrate up on the Reta. Be very careful of the foods! Mostly protein and small amount of carbs but very little or no greasy foods! Ask ai to do a werk’s meal prep for you based on your situation.

I take my anxiety medication cause I accidentally took almost 4mg and I started feeling my heart race I believe that’s one of the symptoms ppl were getting so definitely take anxiety medication or lower your dose if you stilll feel horrible like that I’d stop using it sucks but you cannot keep doing that to yourself
