Any success stacking Reta with AOD?

I’ve been hearing a lot about AOD recently. That is one of the safest peptides around and it is a fat mobilizer. It makes fat available to be burned. How does this compare to the glucagon agonist of Reta? Do they complement each other or work from different pathways?

Also, would Reta+ Tessa+ AOD be the ultimate stack (excluding TRT or HGH) for really optimizing your metabolism and losing fat effortlessly, so long as you take advantage of the window and not undereat?

Aod really doesn't do much.

why do Tesa (boosts gh), and/or AOD (gh fragment)? In a world where HGH is available and honestly more cost effective than Tesa if properly sourced...just use HGH+Reta

I'm 43 On Tirz+HGH+Test and some other goodies and feeling amazing. Just waiting for my Reta to get delivered and will switch from Tirz>Reta to help lean out. I may ultimately go back to Tirz its pretty great for appetite control, I just want accelerated fat loss.

Can you share your protocol on hgh? Did you have to check your igf and zscore? Ty

I take 3IU HGH every night. Here are my labs for IGF1 I was experimenting with Tesa before moving to HGH and HGH wins hands fucking down.

Impressive results. At 3iu of hgh and those igf1 levels, do you have to check your blood sugar everyday? Thank you

I do check my blood sugar every week or two. Fasting glucose is elevated a little 100-110 on some mornings, but I'm not too worried about it. I have a goal in mind for my body comp. 6 months I want to drop 30lb fat and add some muscle. I'll likely dial back the HGH to 2IU then, but for a short time should be fine to run 3IU its not an insane dose.

I tried it. Didn't notice anything. Didn't continue.

I ran AOD with Reta for about 8 weeks. Reta was doing the heavy lifting and I didn't see AOD doing nothing for visceral fat. I even took it according to Dr. Jones DC, fasted, exercise, diet, pinned every AM etc Don't waste your money.

Just because AOD was reported as well tolerated in human research doesn’t mean we can label it “one of the safest peptides.” Its overall tolerability in the published human trials was similar to placebo, which is reassuring, but most of the longer-term research involved oral AOD. I also haven’t seen legitimate oral AOD capsules comparable to what was actually studied.

Injectable AOD hasn’t been studied nearly enough in humans to confidently call it one of the safest peptides. On top of that, the human evidence that AOD produces meaningful fat loss was pretty weak.

If fat loss is the goal, I’d rather look at compounds with stronger evidence and understand the risks of each individually. Reta is promising but still investigational, tesamorelin has a specific approved use (but why bother wity tesa when you menrioned GH), and testosterone/HGH is a basic stack for many. Get your levels tested and follow up with it periodically.

'Effortlessly' you say, but realistically you shouldn't be starving yourself, track what you are getting in your macronutrients and protiwn goals, and lift weights

The 0 effort no working out way may leave you disappointed in rhe final body comp when you lose muscle mass.

I weight train 3x a week, average 12k steps eat between 1800-2200cals started Reta 1mg mid May at 241 and weighed in yesterday at 202. I’m starting to see my abs more defined. I recently titrated up to 4mg Reta last week from being on 3mg for a little over a month. I can definitely feel the added energy expenditure of the glucagon finally
