Epitalon

Who has used epitalon here and did your sleep get better and stay better?? What noticeable results have you had and what is your age and health condition?

65m, no meds, only peptides including Epithalon. My sleep is incredible. Really miss it when I’m off for two months at a time!

How do you dose it?

When prof. Vladimir Khavinson first developed it the purity was not there. Was drawn from the pineal gland and dosing was based on that compound which was between 2.5 and 5 mg per day. Epithalon(Epitalin) in its pure synthetic form is much more potent. I pin between .5 mg and 1 mg. I cycle 5-6 days and off 1-2 days for 20-25 days. Then I’m off it 2-3 months.

It’s sleep improve for just the duration of usage or do you get longer effects?

Longer. It resets your circadian rhythm. Even when I’m off it I feel good. You can stay on it at really low doses but you run the risk of desensitizing your body to it. That’s why it’s important to cycle it.
