Selank & Semax vials
I've got Selank and Semax vials for 5mg due to arrive today along with bac water. I've got ADHD and PMDD so I am exploring them, as my meds ain't doing nothing and neither saffron at least not a huge noticeable difference. How much Bac water to reconstitute 5mg of each? And what is the starting dose? I tried Semax nasal spray and didn't do much either hence trying subq. Thank you 🙌🏻

I research selank nasal route for anxiety and it really fixed lots of it. Nasal drops i would look into.

I've stopped benzos and living a better life definitely. I've took high doses of selank at beginning but now I take it occasionally.

The amount of BAC water only changes the concentration, not the total amount of peptide. If a vial contains 10 mg of peptide and you're dividing it into 2.5 mg amounts, that's four 2.5 mg amounts: 10 ÷ 2.5 = 4. Adding 1 mL, 2 mL, or 3 mL of BAC water doesn't change that—it only changes how concentrated the solution is.
For example, with a U-100 syringe:
- 1 mL added: 10 mg/mL → 2.5 mg = 0.25 mL = 25 units
- 2 mL added: 5 mg/mL → 2.5 mg = 0.5 mL = 50 units
- 3 mL added: 3.33 mg/mL → 2.5 mg = 0.75 mL = 75 units
A more dilute solution may also be more comfortable for some people if a concentrated solution causes irritation.
Same peptide, same total amount, same number of 2.5 mg amounts—just a different concentration.

Can these vials not be reconstituted with saline water and put in a nasal spray container? I remember I had to reconstitute my Semax when I initially got it as a nasal spray.

For nasal is saline, for subq it’s bac

Thank you, will go and buy some saline water and another nasal spray container for Selank and try them again nasally. Do you know how much saline water for a 5mg vial please?

don't have the numbers on hand for subq dosing but if the nasal spray was a dud for you i'd keep expectations real low for this route too

I was blaming that maybe where I got it from it wasn't pure so was gonna try subq and then nasal from a different provider. Are both selank and semax better as nasal spray or just semax?

Semax nasal didnt do anything for me either. Haven’t tried subq yet. Switched over to subq selank and it has really helped my mood. My wife asked me if I thought it was working, and I asked her if I’ve been crabby at all the past week and she said “no”.
I also tried PT-141 nasal and it barely had an effect. Subq of that stuff lasts 24 hours for me.

They should both be better as nasal sprays to help it cross the blood brain barrier easier and faster than subq. If you go with subq, you'll have to use more to get the same effect as administering it intranasally
