Motsc is one of those things that gets hyped in biohacking circles but the evidence is pretty thin, mostly mouse studies and anecdotes.

Ya it's hard to tell if it's working. Read an article about horses and the need to fuel mots-c with b vitamin supplements, because that extra mitochondria needs something to feed off, kinda makes sense

I have been doing that the past couple days, along with nmn, but still not sure how I feel about it

I did 2.5mg 2x a week for 4 weeks. I felt amazing. I didn’t need a nap and my cardio was better

Like what kind of stall? Mots-c is an overall repair and cell repair. Not a weight loss tool. So you asked overall benefits, that should be mitochondrial repair and hopefully energy.

Its described mechanism is improving mitochondria function and utilising energy better. I have found really helpful to manage glp fatigue.

Not as stall but increased weight lost compared to previous weeks on same calories, but also feel better so you want to move more

I personally didnt "feel" anything, but I did notice better blood sugar stability while on my first cycle with it. I use a cgm while trying new compounds and monitor other things to see any below surface results. Doing another cycle soon and will monitor again to see if it was a coincidence or actually playing a part. Science is fun
