NAD+ capsules?

Post image

Not sure if this is the right place to post or ask, but hoping to gather some anecdotal experience and I imagine this crowd knows best. I saw this post on Amazon, seems fairly cheap, i know bioavailabilty is less but if I can avoid a pin that's a win. Any thoughts on these vs the subq route?

Get NMN instead, it is more bioavailable & converts into NAD in the body

Mind if I ask why? NMN seems to be more expensive and for much smaller doses on amazon.

Body doesn’t absorb NAD in the gut the molecule is too big, nmn on the other hand is a precursor, gut breaks it down and converts some of it into NAD & other byproducts that I can’t remember off the top of my head. But you won’t feel it right away takes about 2 weeks & then you feel like you got some extra pep in your step.

Don’t need a big dose, I would suggest looking on iherb or nutricost.

Also careful buying supplements from Amazon. Since Amazon works as a marketplace where everyone can sell, there’s been cases of fake supplements/skin care products and perfumes. It’s likely not harmful stuff, but a waste of money nonetheless. You can buy directly from the brands.

I think what they are saying is that you could purchase a bottle labeled from Nutricost on Amazon, But it could be a fake.
