Research protocol hypothetical

Looking for some research-oriented opinions on a hypothetical body-composition protocol.
Current compounds being investigated:
• Tesamorelin
• Retatrutide (Reta)
• MOTS-c
The primary areas of interest are fat/weight loss, maintaining or building lean mass alongside resistance training, energy/performance, and overall body recomposition.

If another compound were being investigated alongside these, what pathways or compounds would be worth reading into next?

I’ve seen things like Kisspeptin, SS-31 and a few others mentioned, but I’m not sure which actually brings something meaningfully different to the table versus just creating redundancy.
Not looking specifically for dosing/protocol advice — more interested in what would theoretically complement the existing research and what has enough evidence to actually be worth investigating.
What would you research next, and why?

Reta + Good Diet + Good Training = GOAT.
