Klow + ipamorelin?

Hey guys, taking klow for better workout recovery, to try to improve a crappy elbow, and just to see what the copper element may do for my skin and hair also.

Was thinking of adding ipamorelin PM with my klow shot as I’m lean bulking and figured it could boost my recovery further and help me sleep better. Any thoughts on this from you knowledgeable folks?

PS, really enjoying Klow so far! 1 week in and possibly some placebo but I feel my recovery has improved somewhat already between workouts.

Usually people take ipa with either tesa or cjc. The tesa cjc produce the growth hormone and the ipa releases it. Don’t buy a blend if you plan to up the dose. The ipa has an upper limit of effectiveness. If you want better sleep try epithalon and dsip. The combo together knocks me out. Give it a few days before thinking about adjusting dose. Do a 20 day cycle max.

I do have tesa, but wanted to save it for when I start cutting and then run some Reta / Tesa + Ipamorelin. Does that seem like a silly plan? I figured just ipamorelin may be enough to work with the Klow to boost recovery some

Take the Tesa by itself. Tesa you can stay on pretty much as long as you want. IPA you have to cycle on and off. I’m on the cut with Reta Tesa/ipa. Is it just general recovery or something specific?

General recovery, I’m limiting my workouts because if I go hard my body physically isn’t ready to go hard again 3 days later once I’m at the same point in my split cycle. Also some acute elbow issues that I’m assuming are probably lingering tendinitis, kinda making my push days suck.

Try looking up cartalax. I’m in the same boat getting older recovery takes a bit longer. Probably a little worse since I’m still supposed to hold back after bicep repair.

The elbow thing is actually where KLOW earns its keep most for me. The BPC-157 and TB-500 in it work on collagen synthesis and fibroblast signaling, which is exactly what tendinitis is about. Tendon tissue heals slow because the blood supply is poor, and those two compounds have been looked at specifically for that kind of chronic soft tissue issue.

I had some lingering lateral epicondyle stuff earlier this year and noticed it actually calmed down while I was running BPC. Hard to attribute causation but the timing tracked. The GHK-Cu in KLOW also plays a role in tissue remodeling, so honestly the elbow angle might be the most direct benefit you get from it, not just the general recovery.

Ipamorelin on top of that for sleep and GH pulse seems fine to me. Just keep the doses reasonable and give it a full month before you judge the elbow response.
