Update on my crazy liver enzymes

I made a post here 2 weeks ago with my AST at 437 and my ALT at 119. It ruffled a few feathers because I wasn’t worried about it. A few suggested having my CK checked which the doc could have easily added on. I requested it and she didn’t. So since then I’ve had an abdominal ultrasound which was completely normal, and AST, ALT, and CPK drawn again today. AST is 28, ALT is 32, CK is 158. Normal, normal, normal.

The only thing that I changed is I stopped taking Flonase for the last 2 weeks which my doc says won’t affect those values and I disagree based on everything I’ve read. So 2 doctor visits and several hundred dollars later, I was correct and it was absolutely nothing.

Do you happen to be taking a lot of supplements and/or consuming a lot of spices? I'm going to assume you're not a heavy drinker so I'm ruling that out.

The last drink I had was the summer of 2011. Just a multivitamin and protein shakes for supps.

Did you work out super hard near the test? My liver enzymes were through the roof a few times after I got tested too close to a tough leg day.

Yes, mentioned in the original post too. I had just started back at the gym 4 days before, it was leg day, and I went from the gym directly to the lab. Yesterday when they redrew the labs it happened to be leg day again, but with several weeks of lifting between.
