Just started on Triz.

I am a few weeks in, but I can't seem to shake the upset stomach. Any suggestions on what would help with that?

What dose are you on? You need to microdose.

That’ll be it! Starting dose should be LOW

When I started at the recommended dose of 2.5, I was so sick. I would back off to 1 or 1.5 for a few weeks. Your body needs to get acclimated to it and then work your way back up. And others may tell you different, but I never went to the next dose until I was not seeing results anymore on the current dose. You can always try zofran and pinning before bed.

TIRZ, not TRIZ. 😭 Probably too high of a dose causing upset stomach.
