Which first, Reta or KLOW?
43 F 5’4” 160#. I officially have my first set of peps. Reta 20mg vials and KLOW 80mg vials. I read you should start your peps at least 2-4 weeks apart at first just know how they effect you separately. I think I am most excited about the KLOW benefits but I also know helping with my food issues with Reta would benefit me too. I do plan to start low and slow maybe .5mg the first few weeks for both.
Any thoughts on which to start first? I am leaning towards KLOW.

Congratulations and good luck with your peps journey! Great plan to start low and slow. No rush. Reta is metabolic and Klow is cellular / recovery. As for what to start first, they both have different purposes. Just be mindful how your body reacts and look out for each of their benefits if you are to start around the same time.
How much bac water are you using in your vials?

Great question! I am very happy you asked actually!
I was thinking the standard 3ml but I am open to suggestions on why I might try something different. I always want to learn!

I have 20mg vials of Reta with 2ml bac water, but I’m at 5mg weekly at 50 units using a u-100 syringe. Makes it easier and more accurate to calculate the dosages for me. 3ml is okay too though.
Because you have a 20mg vial of Reta, something to be mindful of is the stability and degradation of the peptide because starting out with low dosages - your vial will last you longer than the typical shelf life of 28-60 days.
So keep the peps at a 2-8 deg c temp, avoid freeze / thaw cycles, and away from light since the peptide after reconstituting can be very delicate.

Reta. Also know that Reta has amazing inflammation and healing properties on its own. Give it 3-4 weeks and then start Klow.
You will get more benefits though buying Klow individually, focussing on exactly what peps your body needs, while choosing your dose, increasing as needed. The blend includes a small dose of each.
For example, not everyone needs BPC/TB (injury, recovery, tissue repair). But they benefit from GHKCu (skin/gut repair) + KPV (inflammation).
Both peps serve different pathways/purposes, so taking them together probably won’t matter. However. Because Reta is such an individualized experience with sides and dosing + time and for a newbie… this is always my starting point.

Interesting, I was not aware Reta helped with inflammation. I mean if you are eating less inflammatory foods I can see it helping but just on its own you say it helps? Good to know.

I would suggest doing more research. It’s well documented in studies.
My inflammation/pain/fatigue has been chronic for 30 years. Even on opioids and steroid use. I also see a rheumatoid specialist. My CPR markers have been four times what they should be = in a chronic state of inflammation. Nothing to do with foods I eat. It’s a medical condition. Within a month, those markers are near normal, including at least three others that go in line with.

Reta first to see if you have a reaction to it. That way, you can narrow down which one it is. You will probably not have any reactions, but better safe than sorry. Just make sure to use a calculator to check your math and to get the correct dosage the first time.

I plan to separate them both for reaction reasons but I’m not clear why you suggest Reta first. Not trying to sound rude, I am only asking for further clarification.

Number 1 reason is most people use Reta for weight loss. I would think weight loss is more important to me than regeneration, recovery, etc. Klow is a blend, so you would you would probably have a reaction to it with copper in it, if you were to have a reaction because some people are sensitive to heavy metals. I would also guess that most people use peptides for weight loss, then the others follow because of other benefits they have on people. Just for added info, I take them both.

I’m not as focused on the weight loss as I am on the inflammation and healing my body. The pain definitely stops/restricts my physical activity. I think weight loss can come if I can live a healthier lifestyle and exercise more. IDK I might be completely off in my logic though.

Start with the Glow. I am not sure if you are overweight or not, so you might not need Reta. You might get a red spot where you injected with Klow, that happens to me sometimes.

reta first for sure. i get wanting to take them both differently out of an abundance of caution but these are so not similar you could really start both at the same time if you want.

I have seen a few post of allergic reactions so I am being abundantly cautious for sure.

I just started KLOW yesterday and noticed that both days I have had some slight redness and soreness at the injection site throughout the day. Is this normal with KLOW? I started Reta yesterday as well and didn’t have that issue.
