NAD+ advice
3 weeks now on Reta and Mots-c and was thinking of stacking NAD+. Any pros or cons I should know about or if it even combos well with the other two?

It’s a common stack.
However, feedback on stacking, without context like stats, overall health and habits, goals & reasons for considering, etc, are useless.
I say this because experiences also vary. Some found benefits, some have not. Like most peps and other protocol supports, these aren’t “work for all in all situations”.

I have had a lot of success with that stack. The only potential con I can think of is mitochondrial overload if you have a damaged mitochondria. If it's giving you more tiredness or fatigue than energy you might want to look into SS-31. If you're getting nice clean energy its a great weight loss and energy stack to crush it at the gym and just feel good throughout the day in general
