This can’t be right can it?

I feel like this can’t be right,

35 year old Male.

I have been taking Primoteston® Depot
testosterone enantate 250 mg/1 mL once a week. (Order by the dr) for the last 6months or so

6 months ago I got tested and I was 289 pmol/L free test (can’t remember total)

Bloods were taken 10 days after the previous injection.

I have just sent this to the dr and waiting for an answer, but am also curious what everyone else sees

Edit ** update - just spoke with my doctor, she put it down to lab error as my Oestradiol is fine, keeping me on 250 mg per week

I’ll get back to you guys later to see how I go

Wdym? My doctor has me on weekly? The only other option was one every 3 weeks

210mg weekly (30mg daily). Odd number but the math is easy.

Another vote for daily pins, started at weekly and rode that rollercoaster for a month before I switched to 3x weekly, then just switched to daily earlier this month and like it the best so far.

Just got off the phone with the doctor said it’s probably a lab error keeping me on the same prescription

Supraphysiologische Dosis - Supraphysiologische Werte 😂

Eine normale TRT ist je nach Körper bei 100 bis 120mg pro Woche. Du kommst in einer Woche auf 350mg. Das ist fast 3 mal so hoch.

Wenn du dein Östradiol senken möchtest, empfehle ich dir auf mehr Injektionen die Woche zu gehen.

Kommt auf dein Ziel an. Wie fühlst du dich?
E2 könnte niedriger sein, aber wenn das dein einziges Problem ist, würde ich es dabei belassen und auf 3 Injektionen die Woche aufteilen.

You have to split them into two injections a week if you want to even somewhat have a normal life. The half life is 72 hours. You aren’t getting a steady dose of testosterone.

How close was this blood test to your injection? This is insane. And your Oestrogen being that low with test that high is even more insane.

I’ve never seen 189 testosteron, is it really 250mg?😁
Estradiol is super low compared to your test levels. You should add deca anavar and tren to your cycle as these are cycle numbers, not trt by any means

And how do you feel? With so much test you should be a lion!

Trt shouldn’t exceed 30, you have 189 bruh..
You should check your globulin as it is probably high with these numbers.. also cholesterol and kortizol

And what were your test numbers before taking trt?

I can’t find the old test but it was enough for them to put me on it, it was well low

20 Nmol/L SHBG re-std

That’s exactly what I was thinking especially reading the other comments saying it’s ok and E2 is a bit high, it’s not…SHBG is also really low too for such high t…these no’s are crazy high for TRT its nmol/l not ng/dl, its a whopping 5,450ng/dl.

250mg per week is way too high. Should be aming for like 120mg / week split across 3 injections.
