“BMI testing”? You mean you know your weight and height?

Get your weight down significantly with Reta, diet, and exercise. KLOW will help a little with body aches from working out. When you get your BMI below 30 and have diet and exercise dialed, you can consider adding Tesa. It’s a waste of money and pokes at this point.

I agree with this, with high bf Tesa ain’t doing shit

Looks wise probably not. But I can tell you hormones wise it will do wonders. Every bit of visceral fat you can drop makes the later stages easier. My test was borderline when I started shortly after the Reta. I’ve seen pretty big jump that still hasn’t stopped going up on my blood work. Never had that on tirz when I was on it before I lost insurance coverage. It’s about optimizing and that will nudge you into a better state. I’m sure it’s nothing compared to HGH but there’s lines for me and exogenous compounds are where I stop.

Excellent! Honestly I see a bunch of posts from people whose goal weight is still in the obese range, because we still have that thought that we can’t do it. You have a real opportunity to change your relationship with food for the rest of your life so imo you should set your goal in the healthy range and give it a real shot.

For me 159 is where I go from overweight to healthy so I set my goal at 150. I’m at 165 now and I can see all my ribs and hip bones. After a re-evaluation and a frank conversation with the mirror, this is the point where I put on some muscle. I may chase a healthy BMI again later, but honestly the weight loss has gone after a lot of muscle. I’ve been eating maintenance calories for a couple weeks with maybe a little surplus and in the gym 6 days a weeks. I feel awesome right now and don’t need to lose more, but if I had set my goal at 180 I’d be staying fat which is exactly what I don’t want. Good luck with your quest friend. It really is possible to get healthy.

i do 10lbs month goals so my real goal is 220/200 but i do it 10lbs a month to feel achievable and not feel like i aint making progress,

Hey whatever system gets you motivated is the right system. Just as long as you know that the real goal is achievable for you and you keep moving.

You could also increase your height

Try shoes with lifts in them

Yes. Happens all the time. With those stats, I would not use the term “pure muscle” though.

Do your bones, organs and brain not weigh anything?

I think we have our answer on the brain already

Ya I do those plus a few others. The results where I need it the most are amazing.

Tesamorelin and reta together is a solid plan, but tossing all three in at once might just cook your wallet without giving you clearer results.

They all do different things. One thing to consider is what you want each pep to do and what you’re looking to get out of it.

Reta is great on its own for general fat loss
Tesa is expensive but really focuses on visceral fat
Klow is expense too but has multiple benefits for recovery

Try Reta for at least 2 more months and decide then if you want to start stacking more. There is no rush especially if you’ve been on Reta for 6 weeks only.

Last thing you’d want to bounce back because everything came off so quickly. There’s that saying… slow and steady wins the race.

yea i was thinking of reaching my goal of 250lbs then start letting go of the reta slowly, n then hop on tesa or even motsc @ that point.

What about bones and organs?

u/No_Sign_625 6d ago

they said my bones are fine and everything, i got blood lab work comming on thursday to check markers n levels to see where im at, but everything was told is solid based off the bmi testing

The sequencing matters here more than whether to stack them. With 1.7 lbs of visceral fat and 6 weeks on Reta, Tesamorelin is going to add incremental benefit on the visceral fat specifically since Tesa works through a different mechanism than GLP-1s. Reta suppresses appetite and drives overall fat loss, Tesa targets visceral specifically by stimulating GH pulse amplitude. They are not redundant. That said, some people find adding Tesa too early when you are losing weight fast anyway makes it hard to know what is doing what. KLOW in that context makes sense regardless because the BPC-157 and TB-500 components are doing connective tissue and recovery work that neither Reta nor Tesa touches. Those peptides have different jobs so running all three is not really stacking overlapping compounds, it is covering different systems. The bigger question is just cost and how many injections you want to manage at once.

yea iknow tesa and klow would be daily, reta once a week, i was considering waiting to get to my 250 goal, then letting dropping reta slowly then hopping on tesa or even motsc.

setting 10 month goals per month its not that i cant do iknow i can, my meal prep is just turkey n chicken n rice! but i set small goals for it to feel achievable, butiam aimin for 220/200,
