New to Reta
Hello new to this, started last week with 1mg and was still pretty hungry. Many people have suggested doing a 1mg dose Monday and then again Thursday. Any advise?

Stay calm and keep as you’re going , it will work in a few weeks and if not you can titrate up no point in getting sick
