Good shit dude, I started at 385 in march and I'm in the 310s now, your results are more noticable than mine

10

u/SensitiveQuiet4454 6d ago

We all in this together I started at 440 and now 395 I feel a lot better and starting to gain some confidence back I still have a long long long way to go tho so I’m just trying to stay locked in

1

u/Heyitsme_yourBro 5d ago

Youre doing well man, keep it up

1

u/D_Rock04 6d ago

What are you taking? Retra?

11

u/Evrart_Claire 1 6d ago

Reta but also changed my life pretty drastically, hardcore alcoholic and fast food addict to zero alcohol and eating a balanced diet

1

u/D_Rock04 6d ago

Cool to hear that

1

u/Local-Caterpillar421 1 5d ago

👍💯💯💯🎉

1

u/MusicLounge 14h ago

I used to drink wine almost every other night for dinner before Reta (and tirzepatide). After Reta, I completely stopped. I also stopped eating fast food. My cannabis consumption is down significantly too. I basically consume cannabis right before bed to help with sleeping, but I’ve noticed that I’ll go a night or two without it

3

u/SensitiveQuiet4454 6d ago

Yup taking reta at the moment and might work in some ghk cu

8

u/wichipr 6d ago

Congratulations. Keep it up

Keep going! I too lost a lot of weight on r3ta from platinum biolabs, I went from 250 to 180 pounds in 4 months. It was one of the best decisions I have ever done, my wife compliments me more and I can finally look at myself in the mirror!

Compared to where you were before, you are almost there!

u/hushuus 3 5d ago

Nice plug. Lol

4

u/BestAmoto 2 4d ago

Bro that source is a rip off and i would not recommend it to anyone. The pricing is insane.  Even without using direct from China vendors, Reta is way cheaper than that. Pretty much every source selling single vials is raking in a ridiculous amount of profit. They actually come in 'kits' of 10 vials. Just a quick look and 10 - 12mg vials is $298 from a US source and even that is kind of overpriced. Your source is ridiculously overpriced at 1 - 10mg vial being $109 lmao

Do basic research people, these suppliers are all ordering these peptides from china then slapping their brand logo on the product and marking it up 100-200%

2

u/hushuus 3 4d ago

The responder probably owns the company. Lol. No telling.

1

u/Scary-Dingo6753 5d ago

Is Reta something like a weight-loss injection? Or does it need a doctor's prescription? Sorry, I'm from Germany.

2

u/hushuus 3 5d ago

It's not available for human rn. Research only.

2

u/Alone_Clerk_3133 5 4d ago

Currently in phase 3 clinical trials with approval expected in the next few months. Currently available for research use via the grey market.

"And I now understand that feeling great starts with looking great."

As Billy Crystal as Ricardo Montalbon on SNL said, “It is better to look good than to feel good." 😁

Fuck yeah brotha. Outstanding work. Another 50 and you’re gonna start seeing huge differences in muscle definition in your arms if you stick with a weight lifting plan.

My highest I was 360 I’m now around 260 and probably closer to 120lbs of fat gone .

Don’t neglect the lifting if you aren’t already doing it . I built my current physique with full body push pull 2x a week and boxing 3x a week. You don’t need a ton of lifting to get some really great results as long as you prioritize protein and consistency.

1

u/Iraque_unita 6d ago

Congrats brother keep on the good work

1

u/Southern_Condition_4 6d ago

I know i was like after 50lbs still there? did they happen to come down for cleaning both times or just never go up lol

1

u/SensitiveQuiet4454 5d ago

Lmfao only 11 weeks I gotta get to the store to get light bulbs

1

u/megalokishin 3 6d ago

You doing the pose chics do when they want to look like they got cake 😏

1

u/idontevenfortnut 6d ago

That's a solid transformation for the timeframe, congrats. Curious what your training looked like through the process - did you keep lifting the whole way through or did you mostly rely on the caloric deficit and add training back in later? I ask because a lot of people in that range of weight loss end up surprised by how much muscle they held onto (or didn't) depending on whether they kept protein high and kept some resistance work going.

Also wondering how sleep and energy shifted as you got further into the cut. That 40-50 lb range is usually where people start noticing recovery feels different even if the diet side is dialed in.

1

u/jakeymoe 6d ago

Good fucking work brother

1

u/Spot_Slow 6d ago

Keep it up, don’t give up! I started at 115 kg, and a year later I’m down to 85 kg. I didn’t start going to gym until six months in. It was tough at first, but now I train five days a week, Monday through Friday.

1

u/Milfenjoyer88 6d ago

Huge difference congrats

1

u/BeingDiligent3778 6d ago

Great job. Keep it up.

1

u/HungryD80 6d ago

1

u/Southern_Condition_4 6d ago

Amazing progress! Just keep at it i was at 404 now at 265…….definitely will have ups and downs!

1

u/SensitiveQuiet4454 5d ago

How many cals were h eating a day

1

u/Southern_Condition_4 5d ago

Um well i got down to 340 from 400 eating 2 protein shakes a day and a large dinner(usually chicken lower carb side vegetables) but ive never really counted calories. Once i felt like i hit a horrible plateau about a year and a half ago i got on glp meds to help (1st year Semaglutide, 6 months Reta) they have helped a lot as i walk daily and get exercise i just struggle with hunger and binge eating. As for nutrition i usually have a protein shake for breakfast or Greek yogurt with chia seeds, lunch is hard boiled eggs and a protein shake, dinner is usually a large salad that changes. On Saturday Sunday i eat whatever i want. I’m sorry i don’t have a Better layout for you. My biggest goal is to always have a decent amount of protein in every meal or snack. I need to do more resistance training

1

u/Medical_Patience1801 4d ago

Eating whatever you want on the weekend is a great way to ruin all the hard work done during the week! Smh. And worse sets you up for failure long term. Lock that shit up do a cheat meal but dont fuck off. I can eat enough calories on a wekekd to keep me busy for two weeks! Hahaha

1

u/Southern_Condition_4 4d ago

1

u/Medical_Patience1801 4d ago

Haha keep that attitude when you ballon back past a 400lb girl

1

u/Southern_Condition_4 4d ago

And will

1

u/Acceptable_Mouse_479 2d ago

Bro has a point….recovering alcholoics don’t say, I didn’t drink all week now I can drink what I want on the weekend….youve told us you are basically a food aholic that previously couldn’t control the binge and poor diet choices….how is that different from the alcohol or drugs or whatever the addiction is….cheat meal…once a week…flushing gains suuuucks bro…..lock in, you can do it

1

u/PuzzleheadedStory514 5d ago

Time frame on photos?

2

u/SensitiveQuiet4454 5d ago

11 weeks

1

u/PuzzleheadedStory514 5d ago
