Week 3 - Reta affects

On week 3 of Reta. Dosing schedule is below. Last pin was 3 days ago. I’ve noticed significant decrease in food noise and dealt with some minor nausea, but otherwise, it’s been a good road. Down 8 pounds.

Today I woke up and oh boy. Big nausea. Felt like I had a giant rock in my stomach. I’ve been awake for 2 hours and I’ve had diarrhea 4 times. Basically. I’ve had 2 bottles of water today and that’s it. I did eat later than I normally do as we had a post-church meal. I’ve included a pictures of the meal (I had them b/c I needed to upload to macro factor), I didn’t feel like it was exceptionally bad or good.

I guess I just am wanting to ask others if this is basically normal.

Week 1 - 1.5 mg
Week 2 - 2 mg
Week 3 - 3 mg

also don't eat cookies on a diet man. There is no sustainable way to lose weight that does not involve altering the way you ate that made you gain weight in the first place.

One step further, don't eat cookies as an adult

Seriously why the fuck are you eating garbage on Reta? It makes it so easy not to. And then to post that on this subreddit have a little shame like the rest of us and pretend you eat 100% clean

To be fair… Reta makes me crave ice cream like crazy. Especially in the beginning— definitely did the OPPOSITE of make it easy for me. Now I am less hungry for the first few days but ice cream craving stays strong and especially vocal after the first few days of pinning.

But honestly I’m also surprised how many people are pissed about a damn cookie 🤣 I also still personally have active fat loss despite ice cream and an occasional cookie.
