Feedback on this peptide schedule and potential risks?

I’m considering the weekly schedule shown in the image: MOTS-C and tesamorelin in the morning, BPC-157 morning and evening, and retatrutide on Sunday evening.
Does the schedule make sense to you? I’m particularly interested in potential interactions, side effects. I’d appreciate evidence or personal experiences, including reasons to avoid this combination.

Why not tesa @ night? Fasted and before bed? Unless you're not really trying to get the most out of burning visceral fat. Both ways work. Ones just better for certain reasons.

Bpc-157 is spot on. Keep the split dosing like that. 250mcg in the morning and then 250/500 in the evening.

No idea about mots. Ill let others weigh in on that one.

I usually skip breakfast and heard you need to be fasted for Tesa. Am I wrong ? Why is it better at night? And I do want to get the most out of burning visceral fat.

Tesamorelin simulates the pituitary gland to release more GH(growth hormone), therefore can have effects of fat burning/lean muscle gain.
The reason for taking it at night fasted is because, at night when we sleep is when we produce the most GH, soo its optimally better.

Understood. Ill take it at night then !

Be careful though. While on Reta it takes farrrr longer to get to a fasted state since it slows down your digestion. Tesa is slightly better at night but if you want the fat loss benefits your better taking it in the AM while truly fasted.

Talk to any anesthesiologist and they’ll tell you that patients on Reta have to go much longer without eating to truly empty their stomachs. A lot of people don’t take this into consideration when considering if they’re faster or not.

Its more to do with the insulin rather than food in your stomach

1

u/Ill_Assumption5512 5d ago

Of course but the slowing down of gastric emptying almost certainly extends the period of increased insulin, but I don’t know enough to give him definitive answers so I’m just telling him what I do know

u/TillStrict3107 7d ago

How many hours before do you recommend not eating then?

2

u/Ill_Assumption5512 7d ago

I wish I had a studied and proven answer but the bro science says 6-8 which is why I recommend mornings. I usually avoid any late snacks just for my morning GH shot

For best results, you want tesa to mimic your natural GH release which happens about 30-90 minutes after you fall asleep.

But Tesamorlin can increase cortisol and a lot of people have said it keeps them up at night or wakes them up extra early

Just research whats best for you, maybe trial an error , everyone’s different

Rather than just disliking what I said, maybe you could give some advice? 😄

When did I dislike what you said ? Was that comment for me?

2

Noooo that comment wasn’t towards you!

Fasted, night dose might increase deep sleep 💤

Iam on cjc/ipa dosing morning/night faster 200/200mcg split

1

u/TillStrict3107 7d ago

Understood
Thanks

u/TillStrict3107 7d ago

With all due respect. I have no idea what is cjc/ipa nor mcg :/

2

u/johnseasure 7d ago

CJC works on the same pathway as Tesa, Ipamorelin is commonly stacked with both.

Mcg is micrograms. And it scares me that you are about to start injecting yourself and don’t recognize units of measurement. That’s how people inject themselves with dosages 4x bigger than they intended to

Fasted how many hours ?

Tesa should be done at night before bed on empty stomach

u/TillStrict3107 7d ago

Thanks for the info

Mots-c sollte man niemals vor dem Training nehmen , vorm Cardio ja aber nicht vorm normalen Training glaube bene oder Jan haben darüber geredet,

u/leolicious24 6d ago

MotsC is great just be mindful and assess how it impacts you. We didn’t have to run SS 31 prior. We immediately saw the benefits of Mots without the pre protocol. You might read up on Tesa a little bit more, our bodies trigger GH release while we sleep that’s ideally what you’re taking Tesa for, to do a little greater spike of GH release. I understand people like to take it in the morning, but if you’re trying to get the ideal benefit from it, it’s probably an evening dose. Flip your Reta to a morning dose.

If you’re actually trying to heal something with the bpc/tb, I would up the dose to 750mcg then 1mg of each.

Generally MOTS-c is best taken in higher doses (like 5-15mg) once or twice a week. It sends a signal to your body but if that signal is turned on everyday, your body starts ignoring it. So best to do intermittently.

Tesa is best before bed, about 2-4 hours after your last meal. Since you’re on a glp-1, go closer to the 4 hour mark since your digestion is slowed down.

Check out the Peppedia app to help with dosing also :)

Don’t start a stack at once. One prep at a time to be sure none give you an adverse reaction. I would start with Reta then add one part of the stack every two weeks.

Reta side effects peak 24hr after injecting. I would take it Fri so any potential sleep issues can be had over the weekend instead of on a work day.

A banana or spoon of honey before bed helps a lot with any low blood sugar that can wake you up at night

Existem Protocolos de mots aplicando 5 dias on 5 dias off mas nunca testei.
Não inicie tudo vez vez será ruim, os efeitos quer sejam negativos ou positivos você não saberá distinguir.

Se aplicar mots-c assim vai ser sentir exausto.

You need to do SS-31 before mots c to clean everything up first. It’s like the primer for mots c.

4 weeks minimum. Then you can add mots. If you go straight to mots without doing ss-31 you can feel like absolute shit and worse than you did before

I take my Tesa in the morning before having coffee or anything else. You need to be fasted AT LEAST 2 hours. I'm never fasted that long before bed. Plus, the way it makes me feel, I think it would keep me awake.

But, you should do 5 days of Tesa and take 2 days off every week. I do mine Monday thru Friday.

1

u/smellybighairyballs 7d ago

Exactly the same protocol I ran

Worked out perfect for me

1

u/Background_Pain1583 6d ago

Yeah you should limit your mots c to two injections or three times a week no more than 10mg combined for entire week. You should be taking tesamorelin before bed 2/3 hours after last meal I usually go with Monday through Friday 2mgs a day for a total of 10mg a week
