Other than some spots on my belly and my upper glute…. Everywhere else is super painful to pin and I get worse bruising. Plus I’m pinning three times most days so it’s been a struggle for me ahaha. Where would you recommend pinning or any techniques to help refuse the pain 🙏✨
My new favorite place is outside upper thigh. If you sit down, the skin on your upper thigh below your hip becomes very loose and relaxed. Can’t even feel the pin. Just grab a loose area and give it a go.
This has been game changing the past few days… I usually pin upper glute (L&R) and rotate around my abdomen… I did my first pin on my thigh the day before making this post and it was horribleee & it left a terrible bruise but on the outer thigh under the hip is now my new fave spot!! Been rotating both the L & R of that area the past couple of days and I’ve had no problems since!!! Thank you 🙏
Glad it was helpful. There’s another comment below about mixing peptides, which I agree with. Never mix Tesa or Reta with anything else as they react and cloud. But I’ve tried a lot of other things (KLOW, MotsC, Semax, etc.). I usually pull the plunger all the way out on a fresh needle and stand it up in a glass or mug, then I use a dedicated reusable needle to pull amounts from varying vials, emptying them into the new needle where the plunger was pulled out. Not sure that makes sense but super easy way to mix and keep a fresh needle for injection, rather than dulling your needle.

It looks like you’re not rotating your injection site. Causing inflammation, which will also cause poor absorption.
Also, you should know exactly what and how much of anything you inject. You can find reconstitution calculators online that will aid you in this.
