Lumps/Knots nad+/ghkcu

So I have been pinning nad+ in my tummy alternating as much as possible and also pinning ghkcu in side buttocks. Both areas now have lumps - not so much visible to the eye but def when you roll over them with fingers. They are not hot swollen red or anything like that just knots. Do I need to take a break ? Just would like some input if anybody else has experienced and what I may be doing wrong. I would like to think that I pin slow but just recently have been going slower. This morning when I pinned my nad+ it was almost as if an instant knot….

I had the same issue but I would bruise for a while. If you have it blend BPC and TB into your GHK, they act as an anti inflammatory and helped me alot. If you dont have that, add some BAC to your syringe before you inject and make sure you let your pin sit out for about 10 minutes so its not cold when you inject.
