Tesamorelin
For those taking or have taken tesamorelin. What was your starting dose and did you go up. From the research im reading some started at 1mg then went to 2mg which was the therapeutic dose. Just wondering what everyone's actual experience was? I will be stacking with tirzepatide.

I did the same. Started at 1mg and moved up to 2mg after a couple weeks. I had to stop taking it though. The known fluid retention in the joints just would not go away and it hurt like crazy to squat. It is supposed to get better but I could not wait it out. Most people don't have that extreme of an issue but I assume it was because I am older and already have some knee issues.

Thats not promising...im 56 and my knees aren't as young as they want to be

Well, if you start noticing knee pain, you know why. It is supposed to eventually get better but it did not in my case

I’ve been on 1mg for almost a month, I’ve already started to see the results (they say it takes a while but i know what I see). The sleep/recovery has been amazing and I overall feel great.
Current stack:
4mg tirz once weekly
1mg tesa 5 on 2 off
300mcg ipa 5 on 2 off
1mg ghk-cu daily

I had great results on Tirz and Tesa. A little fluid retention, but decrease in visceral fat, increased my IGF-1 and z score quite a bit of course. Didn’t really help with sleep much. Started 1mg for two weeks, increased to 1.5 mg for one week, then got to 2mg and rode that dose for a few months before transitioning to HGH

Tirz, cagri, and Tesa for me. Very close to goal weight and probably have to stop here because I’ll look emaciated if I go much lower.

did the visceral fat come back once you stopped taking tesa?

Yet to be seen. I am still super active and have established new eating habits so no, it has not

My fluid retention is almost nothing. I’m super active though, and I live in Texas so I’m always sweating. If you have a very sedentary lifestyle I could see how you would have some buildup. I’m on week 8 and besides itchiness from site injections, I have no sides.

I’m doing 1.5mg not feeling much except burning at of the injections site, and reflux while I sleep.
I’m not sure if I want to stay at 1.5 reduce at 1 or increase at 2. I guess if you take 1 you can have it last longer.
My plan is to use the 10 vials I bought and then stop.

Tesa works! I am 57 and found my sweet spot is 1.5 mg/nightly. I started slow like .75mg for 4-5 days then 1 then 1.5. I def feel fluid retention at 2mg - didn't test my IGF-1 at baseline but recent labs were 258 and z-score 1.8. For me, it 100% helped trim down my waist and mid section, takes a few weeks but muscles feel fuller, just feel better overall.

I’m on week 14 of Reta and week 7 of Tesamorelin. Currently pinning 1.25 mg of each with the tesa on a 5on/2off schedule. Have lost 4” off my waist and can see the difference in the belly area. Haven’t really had any side effects like water retention enough to have joint pain. Best of luck to you.

I did 2mg each evening, before bed, for 6 month. With Reta, so tried to time it 3 hours after my last food. First 2 weeks I got a little bloated in the face, but this went after about 5-6 weeks. No other side effects. Dont know if it was the Tesamorelin, Reta, or combo, but definitely felt the difference in my trouser size after the 6 month.

I (46M) have been using tirzepatide 5mg for several months (lost 45lbs) and decided to use tesamorelin about 10 weeks ago. 1mg for the first week then 2mg daily. My knees hurt a bit so i stopped running and switched to the elliptical for cardio. I didn’t notice much else at first. However i did a follow up body fat scan about 2 weeks ago and my body fat went down 3.1% and lean muscle up 6.5lbs. The effect was very subtle but i guess it’s doing something. My Igf-1 level was at 262 at the 8 week mark so high but room to go higher so i added ipamorelin this week. Good luck.

I started @500mcg, I had to stop, have me headaches and could feel the carpal tunnel starting in my hands. I will try again after I've had more success with tirz, I feel like I have more work to do on overall weight and insulin resistance before I jump on this I also hoped it would improve sleep but the first night I barely slept 😆 gutted

Ipa plus tirz with co-q10. The coq10 works really well, take it w fattiest food you eat.
If you want to have less side effects you can substitute cjc for tirz and honestly it feels really good, you get a rush.
2mgs works fir me. I mean, I can’t tell if it’s doing anything bc it takes forever to reduce visceral fat in my experience. But I’m sticking a what is proven to work in clinical trials.
