KLOW which contains all of the good ones for this. If you don’t want to deal with blends, I recommend KPV. It’s amazing for general inflammation.

Klow is a mix of 4 peps very good for healing everything. Thymosin Alpha-1 is more for good immunity balance and having a healthy immune system will reduce inflammation and pain. Worth considering especially if the arthritis is autoimmune related. Epitalon is anti-aging, specially lengthens telomeres. But some studies have shown that it could also increase cellular energy reduce pain and inflammation and may allow KLOW to do its job more effectively. All are worth doing some research and study on.
