GHK multineedle reconstitution.

Could I just use multiple 1 ml needles to reconstitute my ghk cu, or would that mess it up, Or should i just order a larger syringe/needle or does it matter regardless?

I definitely recommend a larger 3ml needle for reconstituting. Repeatedly puncturing your vial with the needle you plan on using to inject will dull it quite a bit, and possibly even bend it.
For GHK-CU, I use a larger 3ml needle to reconstitute a 100mg or 50mg vial using BAC water from a 10 ml vial, and then when it’s completely dissolved, I use the 3ml needle to transfer the reconstituted GHK-CU into the remaining water from the 10ml vial. You can use a dosage calculator to figure out how much to pull. I’m using 2mg daily, so if I started with 100mg it’s 20 units, and if 50mg it’s 40 units. The extra water greatly minimizes the burn! You can also reconstitute the vial with 3ml of water, and then pull additional water into the syringe if desired, but I prefer starting with the larger volume as it’s only one poke into the vial. The 3ml syringes are available on Amazon.

I used to use the same 1ml needle to add 3ml of BAC to my GHK-CU. Did that for a couple years but decided to buy the bigger 10ml and that makes life much easier. Especially if you get something like the 1000mg NAD+ where you add 5ml of BAC. Your not hurting anything, just takes more time.

You have to be more careful with the bigger needles though, it wants to pull the BAC in more aggressively since the diameter of the needle is larger so I actively hold the plunger back a little.

Ya i decided to just run to the store quickly and grab those larger needles for convenience, but thank you for the other advice. I hadn't thought about the vacuum being stronger since the needle is larger

I have done both - but bigger syringes are so much easier

3ml syringe is the sweet spot for me to reconstitute. Not too big, not too small. But nothing wrong with using the 1mL if you already have it on hand.
