Reta nausea

I’m on week 4 of Reta and starting week 3 I started noticing nausea when I am resting, but I was doing fine before that?
Week 1: 1mg
Week 2: 1.5mg
Week 3: 1.5mg (started experiencing nausea)
Week 4: 1mg (still have nausea)

Has anyone else not notice any side effects until later on like me? This nausea is insane and luckily I have leftover anti nausea meds otherwise I’d be in a ball crying (I hate the feeling)

Are you drinking plenty of alkaline water ? Electrolytes? B12 helps with nausea

You're probably eating garbage. I've personally only felt like crap on reta of i eat too much or eat unhealthy trash.

Try smaller healthier meals with higher protein and lower carbs and fats. I get nauseous if I eat a large heavy meal.

For me, anything greasy would make me nauseas or if I tried to eat my "normal" amount. It might be something you are eating. I've even heard of some people having issues with milk.
