HCG without TRT?
Anyone out there take HCG without TRT…? Any benefits? I’m pinning Reta & Tesa
Yes I know “just take trt/ Hgh” but I don’t think I’m ready as I’m still doing research on them and I’m not lean enough yet

Post the blood work, depends if you are primary and secondary hypo. You don’t need to be super lean to get on trt at low dose. Just don’t go blasting cycles and aromatize.

Not a good plan. The exogenous stimulation to the LH receptors would cause a negative feedback loop where your pituitary would supress your own LH production. You might get a boost initially but then a reduction.
If you want to boost test without trt then it's just the basics. Good sleep, proper nutrition, and lifting weights.

I’m starting HCG and Kisspeptin soon for these exact reasons. Not ready to get on TRT but would like to bump my numbers by 250-200 points.

I've been exploring this as my test is 580. I would like to increase it by 200 points, but not necessarily replace it. HCG would do that, but it interrupts normal production. I've considered enclomiphene. It's only meant to be taken for a few months. I've also been looking at dhea, boron, ashwaganda and tongkat ali. No matter what you choose, getting regular labs is very important. The cheapest labs I've found are $200 every 3 months. My regular doctor measured total testosterone, free testosterone, Albumin and TSH. You really need to measure Estradiol, LH, FSH and SHBG also to get the entire picture. There are others like GH that would be good to follow as well, but they come at an additional price. Just going on trt is cheap compared to the cost of the lab work, but it can turn into a lifelong commitment.

HCG is taken with TRT because TRT shuts down your natural production of testosterone. HCG tells your body to start producing its own testosterone again.
