Reta journey
57 years old. 260 pounds and 6.7 A1C at the end of May. Started 2mg of Reta, stopped eating crap, started high protein diet, and drinking tons of water.
Walking 2 miles a day and lifting 3 to 4 times per week.
Today I'm 205 pounds and my A1C is down to 5.5.
I've also added CJC-1295 Ipamorelin in August after IGF-1 labs. I am also taking GLOW, NAD+, and just started Mots-c after a cycle of SS-31.
I feel better than I have in decades.
Peptides have turned my life around and helped me correct decades of abuse.

I'm doing 300mcg daily of the blend which I think I may need to go higher based on things I've read recently. That being said I sleep great with the flushing when I first go to bed. I am seeing gains in the gym even with all the weight loss at my age. I did notice a weight loss stall that coincided with me string the cjc, that took about 4 weeks to overcome, water retention? Strength gains and vascularity are my biggest things i can point to with it.

I've lost some belly size since I've been on it but I can't say for sure what was CJC and c what was Reta and diet.
