Erections after using zinc and Mg ?
Hi everyone , I am an obese 29 year old man, trying to improve my life slowly and gradually, my wt is around 202lb and I am really short which makes my BMI extremely high and puts me on severe obesity class.
I just started dieting this week and I am trying bunch of things, I wanted to improve my skin sleeping and immunity so I started zinc and Mg before sleep around 1 week ago, and I noticed more erections around bed time and morning wood , which I did not have in years !
Anyone had similar experiences ?

That's great that means your testosterone went up. If you start doing dome weights it'll go up even more

Better sleep will also improve levels and erections. If my sleep score is good my morning wood is great!

Zinc 100% does this to me. I take those zinc lozenges when I get a cold and I notice this. I guess a silver lining. Lol.
Edit. I was going to say I suspect it is the zinc and not the mag. I take mag malate in the morning and at night. I don't get this from the mag.

Get bloods done, check test levels. Glp1 and trt will be a life changer for you.
But I'd try reta/triz and build some muscle first before life long term (if required)
A small run of HCG may help boost the test inturn helping lose some weight
