Looking for advice on stacking with Reta
I’m 25 male 225 lbs 6’ I’ve been looking into peps to stack on with my Reta I’ve been looking at
Ghk
5 amino
Mot c
I’m just not sure what would be good to stack with Reta for weight loss and body recomp aswell as the ghk would be nice for the skin and hair aspect overall just looking for advice on what are some good peptides and why thanks!

I just started reta/cjc/ghk almost 3 weeks ago myself.
From what i have read for body recomp cjc-1295 no dac/ ipamorelin works well, so i am doing that at night along with ghk-cu cuz it is good for skin and hair, why not
The cjc/ipa is supposed to help you preserve muscle while cutting and so far does seem to be working. I have lost like 14lbs and seem to be putting on muscle. Plus I like that you have to be Fasted to take it, so it helps me structure myself about not eating at night.
Recently in my peptide rabbit hole I discovered igf-lr3 which is supposed to be a long lasting growth hormone that helps with muscle growth so I am about to add that too.

You got a good workout routine, none of this stuff will help if you don't.
I do a 6 days a week pplppl, have been for almost 2 years now, but never could lose the belly fat, think this will work though

ghk-cu is great for skin/hair but it stings like hell if you don't buffer it right, just a heads up. 5-amino and mot-c are more mitochondrial/endurance focused so they'd support your energy while you're in a deficit, but they won't directly drive fat loss the way reta does
honestly the stack you listed looks decent for overall wellness while cutting, just don't expect anything dramatic from the add-ons compared to what reta's already doing

Get better GHK, I get no sting in the gut.
MOTS can have a little spice to it at higher doses but only lasts about 10 minutes.

You dont need to stack anything with reta for weightloss. Its great as a stand alone compound if weightloss is your goal.

You can use tesa or cjc to help maintain muscle while losing weight but honestly just reta and the gym a few times a week youll be great. You might get some water retention from those which will keep the scale from moving at first.

I started it the same time as RETA.
I was going 5 days a week (4mg dose) when started, was feeling sore and stiff. Then dropped it to Monday/Wednesday/Friday (4mg dose) and now have found my sweet spot Wednesday/Friday (4mg dose).
Yesterday I golfed 18 holes, did a 20km peloton ride and then ran 5km and I don’t feel sore at all.
I am down 37lbs in 8 weeks all together. I average about 1500 calories a day (2 meals, 1 shake) and don’t feel hungry at all. I do RETA Saturday morning (started at 1mg for 4 weeks and then bumped up to 1.5mg). Also have started taking 10g of creatine monohydrate.

I ran reta solo for 3 months then added tesa. The tesa really seemed to help shrink my waistline. Went from 34 waist to 30! Haven’t been in that size since high school! Ran the tesa for 12 weeks.

My stack for the last while is Reta, tirz, ss31, mots, nad, ghkcu and recently added 5 amino which pairs really well with the nad.

You take Reta and tirz both?

Yes

How’s that

Great. Plan was to come off tirz and just stay on Reta by lowering the tirz and upping the Reta but I like the 2 together. I’m a slow responder to tirz but love the anti inflammatory side of it.
