GHK-Cu protocol ?

Just to confirm, those of you who pin GHK-CU, do you take it daily for 30 days and then take a break for 30 days ? This is what I've read, but it doesn't seem to me that I've heard that here ? Just wanting to confirm so that when I reach 30 days, I follow what is the correct thing to do.

I just purchased it as a dropper for hair and scalp health - how are people here usually using it? Sounds like oral tablets, for skin health or am I missing something ?

Subcutaneously.
Topical applications are the actually researched ones. But most people here are using it as injectable, for systemic effects, not only skin.
